TWO SIDES survey on consumer perception

On 26 June, the report "Dispelling the clichés: paper and the press in a study on the perception and attitudes of European consumers" was presented at the Assembly of the Paper and Graphic Federation.

The study clearly shows how paper, as a material of natural origin and actually recycled, is generally perceived well by the Italian consumer but still has the potential to further improve its position, especially as a means of communication, given that the concern is still strong for the role of paper in relation to forests and the level of recycling achieved, although recognized higher than other materials, is still underestimated.
