07/03/2012 | 2012 Shareholders' Meeting | This year's Shareholders' Meeting has taken place 7 March 2012 c/o W.Pauly & C. S.r.l., Via Vittor Pisani 5, 20124 Milano, and in that same occasion elections for a new Board of Directors has been held, as the Associations' Statute requests for elections to be held every three years.
The result has been a confirmation of the past Board, who thanks all members for the trust given to them.The Meeting has been followed by a dinner at the restaurant "Giannino". |
